What is Nerigma?
Nerigma (NERIGMA LLC) is an artificial intelligence integrator for businesses, founded in 2024 by Alan Ramos and based in Mayagüez, on the west coast of Puerto Rico. It improves the processes a company already runs, builds the ones it is missing, and puts AI where it pays off. It works in person across Puerto Rico and internationally, in Spanish and English.
What does Nerigma do?
Nerigma integrates artificial intelligence into how a business actually runs. It does not resell a standalone tool. It studies the real operation, marks where AI helps and where it does not, and rolls it out in phases with the client's team using it from day one.
The work has two sides. One is improving processes the company already has, such as answering customers, quoting, following up or collecting payments. The other is creating processes that do not exist yet, when a task still lives in a notebook, a chat thread or the owner's head.
The person who studies the operation is the same person who designs and builds the system. Nothing gets lost between the first meeting and the delivered work.
Who founded Nerigma?
Alan Ramos founded Nerigma. He is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez (UPRM) and also serves as COO of IT Services & Security.
Before Nerigma, he spent years installing networks, cameras, access control and telecom systems for companies in Puerto Rico. That work showed him how businesses operate from the inside, where they lose money and what slows them down.
Nerigma's development team is AI, directed by Alan. He decides what gets built, reviews the output and is accountable for what is delivered.

How does Nerigma work with a company?
Every engagement starts with a free 45-minute operations diagnosis. The company leaves with a map of its own operation, whether or not it hires Nerigma.
If it moves forward, the first step is one integration in production with a closed scope: a specific piece that works and gets used. Then the complete system is built in phases, under a monthly license that keeps it current as AI models change.
Nerigma does not publish prices. Pricing comes out of the diagnosis, because it depends on each company's actual operation.
Some decisions are never handed to the AI. Prices, collections, payroll and how a customer is treated are decided by a person.

Alutek, a doors, windows and glass company in western Puerto Rico, moved from notebooks, WhatsApp and the owner's memory to a complete operating system covering quoting, the shop, field work and collections, with an AI module. Its history was migrated and the system is used every day.
West Security, a private security company in Puerto Rico, has a bilingual website with 14 services, an AI-produced promotional video and an assistant that answers inquiries. IT Services & Security has a web platform built for organic search that landed it a municipal client through that channel.
