West Security

Nearly two decades of real operation, and online they barely existed. Today they have the face their size deserves.

The business

West Security Services is a private security agency based in San Sebastián operating across all of Puerto Rico. Guards, escorts, bodyguards, private detectives, undercover, events, training. Guard-agency and private-detective licenses current, liability policies, annual audits by the federal and state Department of Labor and by the Puerto Rico Police.

And a company entering a new business: cameras and 24/7 remote monitoring.

How it was breaking

The problem wasn't the operation. It was that none of it was visible. Their digital presence was an old, unmaintained site that reflected neither the real catalog nor the real size of the company. When a big account asked "so what do you do?", the answer depended on someone telling it well over the phone.

What was built

A bilingual corporate site

Spanish and English, with a language switcher and separate routes for each. Spanish first, because the client is from here; English because the American population in Puerto Rico is part of the market.

The complete catalog: 14 services

Each with its own page, image and description. Before, three were communicated.

A real coverage map

All 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico actually drawn, with the San Sebastián monitoring center and coverage radiating from there. Not a decorative illustration: the real geography, optimized to load on the mid-range phone most visits come from.

Credentials, up front

Licenses, policies and audits have their own page. In private security, the credential isn't fine print — it's the sales argument. A corporate buyer looks for it before the price.

The client portfolio and sectors

Commercial, industrial, government, residential, private and construction — each with its own page instead of a loose word. And the fleet, a visible asset that wasn't being shown.

A promo video produced with AI

Built from scratch, it doesn't sell physical security and monitoring separately: it sells that they talk to each other. The camera detects, the guard responds. Competing agencies sell one half. It's the piece the owner shows when a big account asks what his company does.

An AI assistant

For intake, so no inquiry goes unanswered because of the hour it arrived. And recruitment on its own page, with the six real staffing requirements, without competing with the site's commercial goal.

The purpose

So a company that's been doing the work well for 19 years stops looking smaller than it is.

There's a kind of business in Puerto Rico — and West is exactly that — where the operation is solid, the credentials are real and the reputation was built on the street, but the company's digital version stayed ten years behind. That gap costs accounts: the corporate buyer searches Google before calling, and what they find decides whether they call.

What it's for

Close B2B accounts. One goal, not five.

The whole site is built around one conversion: a free security evaluation. Recruitment exists, matters and has its space, but doesn't compete with that call. A page that asks the visitor for five different things gets none.

The long-term goal

So the company's front door stops depending on who's available to answer.

The site and the assistant are the first layer: they capture, qualify and respond. Next come the group's second corporate site and the integration of the operation — so the inquiry that comes in through the web and the call that comes in by phone end up in the same place, with the same follow-up, without depending on someone remembering.

The same arc as always: first we accompany the operation, then the system holds it.
