Privacy policy

Your data is used to serve you, and nothing else. Here it is, with no fine print: what we collect when you visit nerigma.com, message us or book a diagnosis, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it.

01Who we are

Nerigma is NERIGMA LLC, a Puerto Rico company that integrates artificial intelligence into businesses. It is responsible for the data this website collects and for what reaches us through our channels: Instagram, Facebook, email and phone.

02What we collect

Only what we need to serve you:

What you give us in forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp, email, your business name and line of work, how many people work there, and what you tell us you want to solve and by when.
What you give us when booking: the day and time of the diagnosis, with your name, email and phone.
What you write to Valerie, the website's virtual assistant.
The messages you send us on Instagram, Facebook, email or phone.
Technical data about the visit: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, which the server logs so the website works and stays secure.
Where you came from: if you arrive from an ad, the link carries campaign tags (utm and fbclid). We keep them only for the length of your visit, to know which ad brought you when you send the form.

We don't ask for payment details, social security numbers or health information.

03What we use it for

To answer you and prepare your diagnosis.
To book the video call and send you the invitation with the Google Meet link.
To send you the proposal, if you ask for it, and follow up on what we discussed.
To learn which ads work, in aggregate, with the Meta pixel.
To keep the website secure and improve it.

We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't add you to newsletters unless you ask.

04Who we share it with

With the providers that run the website, the calendar and the messages, and only for that. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy:

Vercel: hosts the website.
Resend: emails us the details of each form.
Cal.com and Google: the calendar, the invitation and the Google Meet video call.
ElevenLabs: runs Valerie. Your conversation is processed with artificial intelligence models to answer you.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the pixel on the /cualifica page and messages on Instagram and Facebook.
ManyChat: automatic replies on Instagram and Facebook.

We would also share it if a law or a court order requires it.

05Cookies and the Meta pixel

The website doesn't use advertising cookies, except on the /cualifica page, where our ads lead. That page has the Meta pixel: a cookie (_fbp) that tells Meta you visited the page, sent the form or booked, to measure the ads and show them to similar people.

The website also stores in your browser, without tracking cookies, your language preference and how many times you used Valerie that day.

You can block third-party cookies in your browser, or change how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

06How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you, follow up or comply with the law (for example, invoices). If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.

Conversations with Valerie are deleted automatically after 90 days.

07Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

See what data we have about you.
Correct it.
Delete it.
Stop using it to measure ads or to contact you.

Write to alan@nerigma.com from the email you gave us. We answer within 30 days at most.

08Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), provider keys live only on the server and only Alan Ramos has access to your data. No system is infallible, but we look after your data the way we look after our clients' data.

09Minors

This website is for businesses. It isn't directed at people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor gave us their data, write to us and we'll delete it.

10Where it's processed

Nerigma operates from Puerto Rico and our providers process data in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your data is handled there, with the protections in this policy.

11Changes to this policy

If we change it, we publish the new version here with its date. If the change is significant and we have your email, we'll let you know.
