What is an AI integrator and what does it do for my company?

How much does it cost to integrate artificial intelligence in a company in Puerto Rico?
Nerigma has four systems with public entry prices: AI Presence (a website AI can recommend) from $350 plus from $150 a month; AI Front Desk (an AI receptionist that answers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram or email) from $950 plus from $150 a month; AI Operations (a custom system with AI inside) from $3500 plus from $250 a month; and AI Video from $300 per video or from $390 a month on a monthly plan. The final price depends on the size of the project and is quoted closed, in writing, before starting. As a 2026 market reference, a managed chatbot runs $1000 to $5000 to set up plus $200 to $1000 a month, and agency custom systems start at $24000.
What is a forward deployed engineer?
It's the role Palantir made famous: someone who deploys inside the client's operation, understands the problem on the ground and builds the solution right there, measured by working results — not billable hours. Nerigma works with that model in Puerto Rico: the same person who analyzes your operation is the one who builds and integrates the system.
What processes can AI automate in my business?

On the call, Alan gets to know your business and your needs, evaluates your specific situation and we design a plan for you. We settle scope and final price in writing before starting.
Do you work outside Puerto Rico?
Yes. The base is in western Puerto Rico and on-site work covers the whole island. We also work internationally, in Spanish or English.
Who does the work?
Alan Ramos — UPRM graduate, COO of IT Services & Security and founder of Nerigma — with an artificial intelligence development team. The person who analyzes your operation is the same one who builds the system and the same one who answers the phone. The systems we build run today, in production and daily use, in real Puerto Rico companies.
